Tenn vs. Jag Week 3

Well, we played the Titans on Thursday. And boy oh boy did WE show up! I don't even know where to start on this one! Our boy Minshew was not sacked once in the game. He threw for two, two beautiful (and what should have three) touchdowns and 0 interceptions. He ended up going 20 of 30 passes and 204 yards. With this 20 to 7 win, we were able to not start 0-3, and thank the lord for that! It wasn't necessarily a pretty game but it was a winning game for our team!

The O-line did a great job letting Minshew do what he needed to do to move the ball down field. Fournette did little on the field for us which was pretty disappointing. I mean yeah he had one great run, but before that 67 yard run he was NEGATIVE in yards. I am hoping that as the season goes on, he does what we have seen him do in the past.

Now let's talk about the name we have earned back…..SACKSONVILLE! We had ZERO sacks going into week three. ZERO! How was this even possible with the guys we have on the side of the ball??? Well, that defense showed up and earned the name sacksonville back! They had 9 total sacks on the titans. Campbell led the way with 3 sacks himself and earning AFC defensive player of the week. This is the D that we all know and love.

In week four we will be up in Denver. I know what we are capable of doing in Denver. We have done it before with more on the line. We are going in as a three point underdog and I think we will continue to surprise the world. We are tied at 6-6 with the broncos. Lets go ahead and make it 7-6 in the series!
